History
Past calls sits on the Live Answers screen, under the live window when it is on, newest first, with every call you may see.
A row
The time the call started is a link to the call's own screen, so a call is a URL; a
colleague can open it once it is shared. Beside it the measured facts: how long it ran,
how many asks, how many answered, how many gaps, what happens to it next, and whose it
is — Mine, the member's name, or Another member when no name is visible to you.
A call still running reads Still listening. One inside its retention window says
Deletes on and the day. One that has been kept says Kept. One past its window says
Asks deleted.

Keep, share, delete
Keepholds a call until somebody deletes it. It is offered on your own calls inside their window — a kept call has nothing to keep and an expired one has nothing left. If the workspace does not allow keeping calls the control is present and off, with the reason stated under the list.Share with workspacelets the rest of the workspace read the call;Stop sharingtakes it back. Sharing is the owner's, so a colleague's call offers you nothing here.Deleteconfirms with the count and the noun —Delete 14 askson a call carrying fourteen, orDelete this callwhen there is nothing left behind it.
An admin may delete any call in the workspace, but may not keep or share somebody else's.
Reading one call
A call's own screen lists every ask in the order it was asked, with its band, the passage
the answer gave, and what it cited. Above the list, the same facts as the row plus the
bands as text — 3 Certain · 2 Fuzzy · 1 No idea — counted off the asks actually on
screen.
Delete on a single ask removes that ask alone and moves the call's counts with it, in
the same statement.
The retention window
Under the list is the window this workspace set, in words: Asks on a call are kept for 30 days unless the call is kept. Deleting a call deletes its asks for everyone. Thirty
days is the default; an admin sets the number in Settings → Live Answers, up to 3650
days, and a change applies to calls that end from then on.
When the window passes, the asks are deleted and the counts stay. The call's screen says
so: This call is past its retention window, so its asks have been deleted. Its counts remain.
Note: the retention window is the only thing here that deletes anything on its own, and it is disclosed under the list. No limit and no lapse takes anything else away.
Which calls you see
Your own, the ones shared with you, and — if you are an admin — the workspace's. Asks
whose snippets are in a Personal library you cannot read are counted and not shown, and
the row says how many with not shown.
